Sweden's Fredrik Andersson Hed leads by a shot following the opening day of the Saint-Omer Open in Lumbres, France.
Andersson Hed shot a faultless, six-under-par round of 65 on Thursday to move to the head of the field.
Australians Tony Carolan and Michael Curtin share second place after shooting 66s, whule Spaniard Carlos Del Moral and James Morrison of England are a shot further adrift of the lead.
Morrison's countryman Ben Evans and Swede Christian Nilsson lie in a tie of sixth place on three-under-par.
Scotland's Peter Whiteford is on two-under, a stroke ahead of England's Adam Gee and another Scotsman, Andrew McArthur.
