Former Fermanagh manager Charlie Mulgrew has taken on the role of minor boss for the Donegal footballers.
Mulgrew, who along with Declan Bonner was controversially overlooked for the post of senior manager in the Tír Chonaill county last year, will be assisted by fellow 1992 All-Ireland winner Matt Gallagher, Eoin Bonner and John McEniff.
John Joe Doherty was installed as the senior manager for the Ulster county in 2008 when Mulgrew and Bonner thought they had the job, however he says he has now put that messy affair behind him, telling the Irish Daily Mirror: "It's eaten bread now, you've got to move on.
"I actually applied for the minor job before in the early 2000s, but thankfully this time it's gone through without a hitch.
"I know all the lads from underage football, having been involved with St. Eunan's underage teams, so we're looking forward to getting started.”
