Setanta Golf pundit Ronan Rafferty feels that Alex Cejka can win tournaments, if only he can work out his short game.
Everytime I have played with him it has been beautiful from tee to green.
You stand back and admire a player that can hit it on the fairway and hit it on the green and do both with ease. It is such an important thing - it takes the pressure off your golf game.
He looks a type of player where there no bad shots, and no real loose stuff.
The problem has never been a good putter. He has never been good around the greens and he has always left a couple of shots on the golf course.
He is obviously not confident with a normal putter, so he has a sort of belly putter instead.
His worries over his putting game eeks away at his confidence and puts pressure on the rest of his game, especially the short game.
In that situation, you feel as though if you do miss a green you can't get it up and down, and that if you do hit a good shot you won't get the birdie.
I believe that he can win a tournament - I am always at him when I see him - the rest of his game is there.
It is just getting over that barrier.
