Hull goalkeeper Boaz Myhill is confident the club will be able to fight their way out of trouble and avoid the drop.
The Welsh international admits that it is hard to enjoy the game when it is a constant fight against the drop but he believes the side have enough quality to avoid the drama of last season where they survived on the final day of the campaign.
"It is difficult to say you are enjoying things when you are down near the bottom of the league, but we are in a position where we can still have a successful season," Myhill told the Mail.
"There is so much at stake. Everybody fights for everything and it will go down to the last few games of the season for half-a-dozen teams.
"Hopefully, we will be out of it by then but if not we will have to make sure we are out of it by the last day of the season."
