Boss Owen Coyle has no doubts youngster Adam Bogdan will impress in the absence of first choice keeper Jussi Jaaskelainen.
The Hungarian keeper was thrown in at the deep end as he made his first Premier League appearance in the 2-2 draw against Birmingham following Jaaskelainen's dismissal.
Bogdan managed to make a number of crucial saves as Bolton fought back from 0-2 down and Coyle feels the 22-year-old is ready to take his chance.
Coyle said: "I have tremendous belief in young Adam Bogdan, so much so that we have allowed Ali (Al Habsi) to go out on loan (to Wigan).
"We now have to develop Adam and Ali has to go and play in the Premier League.
"It was always going to be a win-win situation. We didn't want Jussi suspended but it will allow Adam the opportunity to show his qualities."
Bogdan will face Arsenal at the Emirates, a trip to Villa Park and the Carling Cup showdown at Burnley, as Coyle returns to his former club for the first time, in Jaaskelainen's absence as the Wanderers enter a tricky fixture period.
Jaaskelainen will be available for Manchester United's visit to the Reebok on Sunday September 26.
