Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has rubbished reports that have suggested that his club are hoping to sign Kaka during the January transfer window.
In the Italian media on Wednesday, it was claimed that Inter were to approach Real Madrid with the hope of bringing the Brazilian attacker to the San Siro in the new year.
However, Moratti has insisted that no such deal has been discussed at the Serie A champions.
"I read about it in this morning's papers," said Moratti. "It's a wonderful idea, but it doesn't come from us."
The reports also said that Moratti had been in touch with former Inter boss and now Real manager Jose Mourinho over the idea of signing Kaka, but Moratti has categorically denied this.
"I have never spoken about this with Mourinho," said the Inter chief.
Kaka is a former star of Inter's rivals AC Milan.
