Striker Bobby Zamora and midfielders Danny Murphy and Clint Dempsey are all out of Fulham's trip to Wisla Krakow on Thursday.
Zamora and Dempsey are both being rested, while Murphy has a slight injury.
"Clint's played a lot of games recently, including internationals," said Jol. "I want Bobby fit and focused on the Everton game."
Midfielder Simon Davies (knee) remains on the sidelines.
Fulham currently have four points from two games and sit second in Group K, behind FC Twente.
