Bolton target Juan Iturbe has revealed that he is keen to leave Porto on loan this month after falling out of favour.
Bolton and Racing Club are apparently leading the race to finalise a temporary deal for Iturbe, who has made just five appearances for Porto since joining them from Cerro Porteno last summer.
The Argentine's father has indicated that his 18-year-old son is keen to finalise a loan move for the rest of the season, although he added that his preference was to see Iturbe return to Argentina to join Racing Club.
"My son has not been playing regularly at Porto," Juan Del Carmen told Radio Fox Sports Del Plata. "We know of Racing's interest from the papers and we are looking for a solution, a loan spell so that he can play.
"
I would like to see my son play in Argentina and I hope the transfer [to Racing] goes through.
My son is a fan of Racing."
Meanwhile, Iturbe's agent, Augusto Paraja, told Antena 1 that he receives 'new offers every day', but stressed that it is necessary to talk to Porto before deciding what happens to the striker.
