Brendan Rodgers has admitted he is flattered by the recent praise that England coach Fabio Capello has showered on Swansea.
The Italian was quick to salute Rodgers and Swansea's approach to the game after visiting the Liberty Stadium and seeing them beat Arsenal 3-2 ten days ago.
Rodgers attended a coaching course earlier this week where Capello was one of the guest speakers and he revealed to the South wales Evening Post: "It was good to go and speak to some other people in football, and it was very encouraging to hear what they had to say about Swansea City.
"It's great for us as a club that people like Fabio Capello, and other guys who are held in high esteem who work for the big clubs, were really complimentary about the work we are doing.
"It wasn't just our style they talked about, but the effectiveness and the efficiency of our work as well.
"That's good to hear, because it reinforces all the work that the players and the other people at the club are trying to do.
"We understand that ultimately we are in the business of winning games, but alongside that your performance level is important, and our performances have ben exceptional this season."
