Team news ahead of all the weekend's Allianz Football League clashes, including Setanta's live games Mayo v Dublin and Armagh v Kerry

DIVISION ONE:

Dublin senior football boss Pat Gilroy has made just one change for Saturday evening’s Allianz Football League Division One opener against Mayo (LIVE on Setanta Ireland, throw-in 6.30pm).

The Dubs are looking to bounce back from their opening night defeat to Kerry, with Fingal Ravens’ Darren Daly coming into their defence for the game in Castlebar.

He will take the place of Mick Fitzsimons at right corner back, while further forward – but also on the right – Paul Brogan remains the only Brogan in the side. He has overcome an injury scare and will don the number 10 jersey against the Westerners.

Kerry manager Jack O’Connor has recalled Anthony Maher and Aidan O'Mahony for his side’s meeting with Armagh in Tralee on Saturday (LIVE on Setanta Sports 1, throw-in 7.00pm).

Following the win over the Dubs, the duo come in for Seamus Scanlon and Peter Crowley. Maher takes Scanlon’s berth in midfield and O’Mahony begins at left half back.

Declan O'Sullivan is also back in the panel after being involved with Dromid Pearses' recent All-Ireland junior championship semi-final defeat, but he must make do with a place among the substitutes.

Armagh manager Paddy O'Rourke has made a host of changes after drawing with Cork on day one.

Only Anto Duffy and Eugene McVerry keep their places in the front six, with Malachy Mackin dropping back to midfield in place of last week’s own goal scorer John Kingham.

Brian Mallon, Aidan Forker, Caolan Rafferty and Stefan Campbell all start in offence, with Kevin Dyas reverting to right half back as Paul Duffy drops out.

Conor Counihan has handed veteran goalkeeper Alan Quirke a start for Sunday’s clash with Down at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

The 35-year-old replaces Ken O'Halloran as the Rebels look to repeat the All-Ireland final success of 2010, last year’s league meeting and last year’s qualifier victory with yet another win over the Mourne County.

Paul Kerrigan also misses out against the Mourne men. He has earned a ban after being sent off against Armagh so Colm O'Neill starts at right full forward, while Fiachra Lynch and Mark Collins swap roles in the Cork attack.

Cork:
A Quirke; R Carey, M Shields, E Cadogan; N O'Leary, G Canty, P Kissane; A O'Connor, P O'Neill; F Goold, M Collins, C O'Driscoll; C O'Neill, D O'Connor, F Lynch.

Meath boss Seamus McEnaney has made just a single change to his side for the derby game with Westmeath on Sunday.

Ciaran Lenehan of Skryne will replace Donncha Tobin at left wing forward as the Royals look to follow up last week’s win over Monaghan with another positive result at Cusack Park.

Joe Sheridan is again on the bench as Paddy Gilsenan and Stephen Bray join Cian Ward in the full forward line, with Graham Reilly looking to impress again from the half forward line.

The Westmeath side has also been named as manager Pat Flanagan looks for his side to recover from the defeat to Louth last Sunday.
