Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien would consider a move to Barcelona or Real Madrid, according to his agent.
The 26-year-old Ghana star has repeatedly stressed that he is happy at Stamford Bridge in the past, but it appears there may be fresh interest in his services.
And while agent Fabian Piveteau says Essien is not looking for a move, he admits he could be interested in a move to Spain.
“Some clubs are interested in Michael," he said on Kick Off Ghana.
"He likes Chelsea very much, but football is football and if Real Madrid, Barcelona or some other club make an offer, he needs to sit down and discuss what is best for him."
